What it Means to Have Setup 1. Ask the Senior Patrol Leader what the setup is if special prior to meeting. 2. Know how the gym was setup and check if we need to reset it the same way. Communicate the setup to the take down Patrol if it needs to be recreated. 3. Be at the gym 6:45 pm 3. Standard setup - a. four tables for Patrols in each corner of the gym b. two tables and chairs on stage for floor adult leaders and special sessions c. two tables and chairs in kitchen for adults d. one table outside the Kitchen window for notice board and messages e. Box for SH!!!!! with tripod and poster d. Patrol Flags - To be gotten by Patrol QM's - to location for Opening then moved to the Patrol Corner
