What it Means to Prepare a Menu

1. Have Blue Book- for Duty Roster and Menu Planning Page - Menu listing in back of book
    and in the Troop Lib. are some other books.  
2. Determine what meals are necessary. Determine how many are camping.

3. Review menu listing and determine selection for each meal.

4. Create food purchase list. Assign scout to purchase. Assign scout to collect funds.

5. Create equipment list for cooking. Add to Patrol Equipment list of tents and things.

6. Get Cooking Advisors approval of menu and equipment list for cooking.

What it Means to Prepare for Camp Fire Program

1. All Patrol need to have two events - song/ skit/ reading that involves the whole patrol.

2. The Camping Duty Patrol needs to have the Camp Fire Guide
